Additional Information and Notes
With departmental approval, German minors can count courses related to German studies toward the minor. Students who have placed into the 3000 level can count two 3000-4000 level courses (maximum 6 hours) toward the minor; all other students can count one 3000-4000 level course (maximum 3 hours) toward the minor. The following courses are suggested:
Students may place out of German 2110 and 2120 by taking the placement test. A minimum of 12 hours must be at the 3000-level or above with a minimum grade of C. German 2130 and 2140 cannot be used for credit toward the minor.
Minimum of 2.0 average in the minor.
