Analysis of empirical data and theoretical viewpoints concerning the psychological development of women. Psychological effects of sex roles, achievement motivation, and abilities of women; models of socialization practices, personality development, and stages of adjustment. Fall semester. Prerequisite: 6 hours of psychology and junior standing or department head approval. May be registered as PSY 4510. Credit not allowed in both PSY 4510 and WSTU 4510.
