SOCW 3060 - Social Work Practice I

The first of a four-course foundation practice sequence. The course provides students with a theoretical framework for entry level, generalist social work practice with an emphasis on working with individuals and families. Fall semester. Prerequisite: SOCW 2070, SOC 1510 and PSY 1010 or department head approval. Pre- or Corequisite: BIOL 1110; Corequisites: SOCW 3080, SOCW 3120 and SOCW 3330 or department head approval.
