FIN 3000 - Small Business Finance

The role and nature of finance in the small business. The essential tenants and concepts of small business finance are distinguished from corporate finance. Fall and spring semesters. Prerequisite: ACC 2000, junior standing; or department head approval. Credit will not apply toward Business Administration: Finance major. Students pursuing a business minor with credit in ACC 2010 with a minimum grade of C have met this prerequisite.
