BIOL 2160 - Biostatistics (4) Credit Hours
An introduction to statistical methods used by researchers in the biological and behavioral sciences including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, regression and correlation, and several nonparametric techniques. Lecture 3 hours and laboratory 2 hours. Prerequisites: MATH 1130 with a minimum grade of C and CPSC 1000 with a minimum grade of C or department head approval. Corequisite: BIOL 2160L or department head approval.
