MGT 4440 - Strategic Issues in Human Resource Management

The capstone course in human resources. Involves extensive readings and discussion of current Human Resource issues and their implications for the strategic and effective operation of the organization. Course is to be taken during student’s final semester before graduation. Fall and spring semesters. Prerequisites: MGT 4340 and MGT 4350, one of which may be taken concurrently, or department head approval. Senior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
