PSPS 5323 - Strategic Planning in Nonprofit Organizations

Focuses on the skills necessary for conducting a strategic planning process in nonprofit agencies.  Prerequisites: Admission to the MPA program or Certificate in Nonprofit Management program or permission of the MPA program coordinator.
