PMBA 5830 - Production and Operations Management

Topics addressed include production process selection; capacity scheduling; inventory management; product and process quality control issues; supply chain management; service operations management; and project scheduling. Prerequisites: PMBA 5010 with a grade of C or better or departmenthead approval. Open to PMBA majors only.Credit not allowed in both PMBA 5830 and MBT 5830. Differential Course Fee will be assessed. Business Graduate Course Fee will be assessed. Standard letter grade.
