The study of organizations with emphasis upon personnel selection, criteria, and training. Special consideration of work motivation, job satisfaction, and the role of the organization in behavior. Every semester.Prerequisites: Admission to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program and approval of the graduate program coordinator.
