The means of controlling the total system development process to ensure evolution of a high-quality, trustworthy, and cost-effective system capable of meeting user needs. The technology and tools needed are introduced and procedures and examples provided. The application to the improvement of existing systems is illustrated. Topics covered include systems engineering process and life cycle standards in systems engineering, systems engineering management, concurrent engineering, and systems analysis applications. Differential Course Fee will be assessed
