Essentials of Leadership Certificate

The Learning and Leadership Programs offer the undergraduate Essentials of Leadership Certificate. The certificate program is offered for those who wish to increase their understanding and application of essential leadership skills. The online certificate program is designed for students in a wide variety of careers, focusing on the application of innovative and effective leadership processes. Specifically, the coursework and experiences will help students develop essential skills and knowledge needed to solve problems, communicate effectively, resolve conflict, and increase effectiveness in diverse environments.
Admission Requirements
Admission to the Essentials of Leadership undergraduate certificate program requires that a person meet the minimum admission requirements to the university and/or be an existing student in the university. Admission to an undergraduate certificate program does not constitute immediate or future admission to an undergraduate degree program. To receive an undergraduate certificate, students must be admitted to the certificate program or a degree program.
Certificate programs require the student maintain a minimum 2.00 or higher GPA.
