Strategic Human Resources Leadership Post Baccalaureate Certificate

The graduate-level certificate program in “Strategic Human Resource Leadership” provides students with theoretical and comprehensive practical knowledge to help drive decisions about managing human capital in the contemporary business environment. Courses in the certificate program cover concepts such as evidence-based human resource (HR) management, talent management, HR strategy, staffing and compensation strategies, employee development in a global context, leadership, EEO compliance, HR risk management, employee and labor relations, and diversity. Students with HR certifications (PHR-Professional in Human Resources, SPHR-Senior Professional in Human Resources, GPHR-Global Professional in Human Resources) can earn recertification credits in each course while gaining solid knowledge to advance in the field.

Admission Requirements


The Certificate Program in Strategic Human Resource Leadership is available to degree-seeking (MBA) students as well as non-degree seeking individuals. Individuals will be admitted to the Certificate Program in Strategic Human Resource Leadership if they meet the admission requirements of the Graduate School as stated in the Graduate Catalog.
