NURS 5070 - Clinical Specialization Practicum and Seminar

Intensive clinical practicum and seminar for students who select role preparation in advanced clinical practice. Examination and implementation of the role of clinical specialist as director of care, teacher, coordinator, and collaborator. Includes an understanding of the importance of organizational placement of the clinical specialist. Opportunities are provided to implement planned change and to analyze effectiveness of change. Prerequisites: NURS 5020 and NURS 5060.
