MATH 1007 - Intermediate Algebra (3) Credit Hours
A refresher of pre-college algebra, designed for students with a Math ACT score lower than 19, who need to take College Algebra or a course in Mathematics with similar prerequisites. Concepts covered include the real number system, first degree equations and inequalities, exponents and polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, rational exponents and roots, linear equations and inequalities in two variables, quadratic equations, systems of equations, absolute value equations, functions and applications.Every semester. Credit not applicable toward any degree.
