SOCW 2050 - Introduction to Social Policy: A Social Justice Perspective (SB)

This is an introduction to the social policy in the United States as it relates to the welfare of both children and families. This course will provide an overview of multiple policies related to children and families, theories related to understanding and implementing public policy, and an overview of the development, implementation, and evaluation of policy. Prerequisites: SOCW 1100 is preferred but not required.
