PHYS 3420 - Electricity and Magnetism

(4) Credit Hours

Basic laws of electromagnetism, electric and magnetic properties of materials, Maxwell’s equations, boundary value problems, electromagnetic waves. Lecture 3 hours, recitation 2 hours. Prerequisites: PHYS 3410 , and MATH 2450 , and MATH 2560 ; or Department Head approval.
