Examines properties of solutions, acids and bases, kinetics, equilibrium, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, nuclear chemistry, and possible special topics in descriptive chemistry, transition metals, or materials. Every semester. Lecture 3 hours. Prerequisites: CHEM 1110 and CHEM 1110L with minimum grades of C or Department Head approval. Pre or Corequisites: CHEM 1120L with a minimum grade of C or Department Head approval.
