ENGL 5295R - Capstone Internship in Writing

Supervised internship in a professional writing setting related to a student’s career goals. Serves as the capstone project option for students in the English MA: Rhetoric and Professional Writing concentration. Every Semester. Prerequisites: Completion of at least 24 credit hours toward the 33-credit graduate degree with a grade of B or above; completed coursework will typically include ENGL 5000; ENGL 5115 & ENGL 5125 and 1-2 professional writing topics and workshop electives. Upon petition to the graduate program director, one of these courses may be taken concurrently with the internship. Satisfactory/No Credit.
