MGT 3290 - Artificial Intelligence for Business


(3) Credit Hours

This course is designed to introduce business students to the principles of artificial intelligence and its application to business. It will cover topics such as machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision. The course will also explore the practical applications of AI in various business contexts, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and finance. Students will be able to identify potential opportunities where AI can be applied to their own businesses, as well as understand the ethical, legal, and privacy  implications of using artificial intelligence in the workplace. As part of the hands-on AI project, students are also introduced to basic programming with Python. Differential course fee will be assessed. Effective Spring 2024.
