(3) Credit Hours

Students will assess how multiple perspectives and experiences, especially those previously underrepresented historically and currently, manifest in societies. By applying conceptual/theoretical frameworks to issues on a local, regional, national, and/or global scale, students will understand how overlapping experiences affect people individually and as groups, and they will demonstrate intercultural knowledge/competencies and a sense of community through interaction with the cultural, material, spatial, and/or historical dimensions of the world around us.

Specific topics to be listed in the class schedule. May be repeated for purposes of the honors minors.Limited to Honors College students; others with approval of the Associate Dean of the Honors College.
