UHON 3660R - Topics in Individual and Global Citizenship (CZ) (3) Credit Hours
Students will assess how multiple perspectives and experiences, especially those previously underrepresented historically and currently, manifest in societies. By applying conceptual/theoretical frameworks to issues on a local, regional, national, and/or global scale, students will understand how overlapping experiences affect people individually and as groups, and they will demonstrate intercultural knowledge/competencies and a sense of community through interaction with the cultural, material, spatial, and/or historical dimensions of the world around us.
Specific topics to be listed in the class schedule. May be repeated for purposes of the honors minors.Limited to Honors College students; others with approval of the Associate Dean of the Honors College. General Education Category: Individual and Global Citizenship
