An introduction to strategies that empower students to succeed in biology and other college level courses; emphasis on study tools, metacognition, growth mindset, and time management, and how to apply these strategies to achieve higher levels of learning. Fall and Spring semesters.Lecture 1 hour. Corequisites: BIOL 1110 or department head approval. Satisfactory/No Credit.
