ENGL 3710 - Reading Like a Writer: Short Fiction

Designed to provide students with a context for the creation of their own work, this course explores the roots and evolution of short forms in creative writing in prose or poetry. Close attention will be paid to issues of craft, convention, and innovation. Prerequisites: ENGL 1020 or department head approval.
