MILS 4060 - Officership

A capstone course designed to explore topics relevant to second lieutenants entering the Army. Examines common platoon leader actions. Discusses leader responsibilities and actions that foster an ethical command climate. Familiarizes students with Army administrative and logistics management functions. Examines legal aspects of decision-making and leadership. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 1 hour. Prerequisites: department head approval. Corequisites: MILS 4060L or department head approval.
