EDUC 5250 - Planning, Assessing, and Instructing Diverse Learners (3) Credit Hours
An introduction to planning, assessing, and instructing practices routinely used in contemporary education settings. Both theoretical and practical aspects of design for learning in today’s diverse and inclusive settings will be emphasized, focusing on instructional design, unit/lesson development, assessment design, teaching strategies, and adapting/differentiating instruction for diverse/inclusive learners. Technological innovations in educational practice will be considered.
