NURS 7530 - Advanced Critical Care (3) Credit Hours
This didactic course continues to foster clinical competency and stress evidence-based practice in the complex care of adult and geriatric patients with the highest acuity of the disease entities in the critical care setting. Content includes but is not limited to stroke, trauma, valvular heart disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, respiratory failure, hepatic failure, organ transplantation and oncologic emergencies.Prerequisites: NURS 7100, NURS 7120, NURS 7110, NURS 7240, NURS 7500, NURS 7510 or Director approval.Corequisites: NURS 7540 or Director approval.Only open to Acute Nurse Practitioner D.N.P. students.Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
