NURS 7850 - DNP Project Synthesis Seminar I (1) Credit Hours
This course will allow students to continue their work on the translational project, which merges the degree’s practice and scholarship components. This culminating project will address a practice issue that affects groups of patients, health care organizations, or health care systems. The successful completion of this scholarly project will contribute to advanced nursing practice. Students may choose to work with community groups, clinics, hospitals, or health care systems to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a mutually agreed proposal by the practice setting, the student, and the student’s advisory committee. Prerequisites: Successful completion of DNP core courses with a minimum grade of B. Admission to the BSN-DNP programs or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed.
