This course is an in-depth study of pharmacology principles and drugs relevant to the perioperative anesthetic management of patients. Chemistry concepts fundamental to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics are examined. Translation of anesthetic pharmacotherapeutic principles into clinical anesthesia practice is a primary focus. Admission to the DNP Nurse Anesthesia Concentration. Differential course fee will be assessed.
