NUTR 5380 - Nutrition Metabolism (3) Credit Hours
Nutrition Metabolism will provide didactic and experiential learning opportunities in the static and dynamic aspects of the metabolism of macro- and micronutrients in the normal healthy human. Special attention will be given to the physiological and biochemical role of nutrients in health promotion and disease prevention and treatment. Open to Public Health: Nutrition and Dietetics concentration only. Practicum course fee will be assessed.Standard Letter Grade.
