PSPS 5125 - MPA Internship

(1-12) Credit Hours

Applied learning experience in a public agency or nonprofit organization. Develops knowledge of the internal dynamics of public service organizations, promotes identification with the public service ethos, and provides opportunities to apply the knowledge and skills learned in MPA coursework. Requires 100 hours of on-site work for every credit hour. No more than 3 credit hours may count toward degree requirements.Prerequisites: Approval of the MPA program coordinator. Standard letter grade.
