ENME 5032 - Mechanics of Composite Materials

Study of the basics of composites exploring fiber and matrices types, single and unidirectional lamina, macromechanics of laminates, laminate composite designs and failure. Student must have a background in the mechanics of materials. Prerequisites: department head approval. Differential Course Fee will be assessed Standard letter grade.
