Introduction to basic theoretical and philosophical constructs, knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for successful practice in occupational therapy. This course includes history and development of the profession, standards and ethics, and professional terminology. Prerequisites: admission into the OTD program or department head approval. Differential course fee will be assessed. Standard letter grade.
