PSY 5300 - Understanding the Psychology underlying Total Rewards (3) Credit Hours
Overview of the psychology that drives organizations’ use of Total Rewards efforts to motivate and manage worker behavior. Topics include the use of financial and nonfinancial rewards, incentives, compensation, and benefits in the workplace. Current research and legal/professional issues related to these topics will also be addressed. Prerequisites: Admission to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program or approval of the graduate program director.
