PSY 5270 - Job/Work Analysis and Personnel Selection (3) Credit Hours
Theory, practice, and research pertaining to the analysis of jobs and work arrangements, and how such analysis guide the development of processes for applicant selection. Emphasis on the development and evaluation of assessment techniques from a psychometric and legal viewpoint. Prerequisites: Admission to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program and approval of the graduate program coordinator.
