PSY 5260 - Organizational Development and Change Management

Review of contemporary trends and issues specific to the field of organizational development. Topics such as organizational assessment and change management will be explored. A systematic review of journal articles and current literature will be used Prerequisites: PSY 5060, PSY 5100, and PSY 5130.
