Overview of fundamental theory and practice associated with the evaluation, appraisal, and management of employee performance. Additional related topics include the coaching and development of employees and succession planning within organizational contexts. Prerequisites: Admission to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program or approval of the graduate program coordinator.
