Theory, research, and applications of major organizational psychology topics. These include employee attraction and recruitment, socialization, job and work-related attitudes, motivation, performance, occupational health and safety, leadership, teams and work-related climate and culture. Prerequisites: admission to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program and approval of the graduate program coordinator.
