NURS 5310 - Advanced Resource Management for Advanced Nursing Practice

(3) Credit Hours

This course focuses on the management of human resources in the nursing system and includes the leader’s role in planning, development, and retaining employees. Creating the workplace of choice and building a culture of quality and safe patient care is explored. Prerequisites: Admission to the School of Nursing Graduate Program or approval of the Director of the School of Nursing. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
