NURS 5240 - Outcome Measurement in Academic Nursing Education

(3) Credit Hours

This course provides the student with evidence-based principles, guidelines and methodologies used in educational assessment and measurement in the classroom, laboratory and clinical setting.  In addition, strategies to evaluate program outcomes and faculty role competencies are explored. Prerequisites: NURS 5200; completion of MSN or higher; admission to the UTC School of Nursing graduate program or permission of the Director.  Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
