Decision-making at the senior executive level. Emphasis is on strategic management with focus on the integration of technical, marketing, financial, legal, and operations issues. Case studies are used, and combinations of oral and written reports are required. Industry examples come from both the manufacturing and service sector. Prerequisites: department head approval. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
