This course presents the basics of the operational theory and science of management. The essentials of management that are pertinent to practicing managers are emphasized. The theory, principles, and techniques are presented as an art ¿ applying the science of the underlying organized knowledge of management to the realities of situations. Management is presented as a part of a larger system interacting with the total environment and encompassing economic technological, social, political, and ethical issues. Differential Course Fee will be assessed.
