ENGL 5125 - History of Rhetorical Theory II: Early Modern to Contemporary

A study of the history of rhetoric since 1600 with a close reading of the texts and attention to the cultural contexts that influenced rhetoric’s development. Students will study the theory and practice of rhetoric from the early modern era to the twenty-first century. Required for Rhetoric and Writing Concentration. Offered in spring semester.
