Theory of business combinations and preparation of consolidated financial statements; accounting for foreign currency translations, and partnerships. Every semester. Prerequisites: ACC 3010 with a minimum grade of C, MGT 2140 with a minimum grade of C; or department head approval. Junior standing. Differential course fee will be assessed.
