NUTR 4390 - Medical Nutrition Therapy II

(4) Credit Hours

The study of diet and disease; application of appropriate nutritional therapies for endocrine disorders, hypermetabolic conditions, immune system disorders, pulmonary diseases, cancer, liver and renal disease. Lecture and directed field experience. Spring semester. Prerequisites: NUTR 4370  or department head approval. Dietetics majors only.
