NUTR 3310 - Experimental Food Science (4) Credit Hours
Chemical and physical factors affecting food preparation, including experimental methods and individual experimentation in selected food problems. Spring semester. Lecture 3 hours, lab 2 hours. Prerequisites: CHEM 3010 /CHEM 3010L , NUTR 2360 , and one approved general education statistics course or department head approval. Corequisites: NUTR 3310L or department head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
