The minor in Production and Operations Systems provides undergraduate engineering and other qualified undergraduate students with fundamental knowledge necessary for analyzing, improving, and managing various forms of production systems. The minor in Production and Operations Systems offers a structured program that allows students to acquire knowledge in areas common to most production systems.

Minor Requirements
The minor requires completion of a minimum of 18 credit hours of designated courses which includes 12 hours of required courses and 6 hours of elective courses. At least 9 hours must be outside of the student’s major course requirements.
