Additional Information and Notes

1. NURS 2260  and/or NURS 2520  do not have to be completed prior to beginning 3000-4000 level nursing courses.
2. Proof of current registered nurse licensure serves as validation of content in Foundations of Nursing Practice (NURS 2550 , NURS 2555 ), Adult Nursing (NURS 3550 , NURS 3555 , NURS 4150 , NURS 4155 ), Maternal/Child Nursing (NURS 3150 , NURS 3155 , NURS 3160 , NURS 3165 ), Psychiatric Nursing ). The hours(NURS 3560 , NURS 3565 ) of academic credit for these courses will be entered on the student’s academic record the semester of graduation with each course receiving a grade of “S.” Students must have earned a minimum grade of C on each previously taken Nursing course to receive credit. Transferred Nursing courses with grades below C must be repeated.
3. NURS 3170  is not required of RNs.

2.5 GPA in all required major and related courses (including specified General Education courses).

Minimum grade of C or S in all nursing and required courses (exclusive of electives).

Minimum of 39 hours at the 3000 and 4000 level.

Electives to complete 120 hours.
