Additional Information and Notes
- NURS 2260 , NURS 2110 and/or NURS 2120 do not have to be completed prior to beginning 3000-4000 level nursing courses.
- Proof of current registered nurse licensure serves as validation of content in Foundations of Nursing Practice (NURS 2150 ), Adult Nursing (NURS 3250 , NURS 4450 ), Maternal/Child Nursing (NURS 3350 , NURS 3360 ), Psychiatric Nursing (NURS 3260 ). The hours of academic credit for these courses will be entered on the student’s academic record the semester of graduation with each course receiving a grade of “S.” Students must have earned a minimum grade of C on each previously taken Nursing course to receive credit. Transferred Nursing courses with grades below C must be repeated.
- NURS 3270 and NURS 4560 are not required of RNs.
2.5 GPA in all required major and related courses (including specified General Education courses).
Minimum grade of C or S in all nursing and required courses (exclusive of electives).
Minimum of 39 hours at the 3000 and 4000 level.
Electives to complete 120 hours.
