21 hours of music including:

• MUS 1710 - Musicianship I
• MUS 1720 - Musicianship II
• MUS 1730 - Musicianship Lab I
• MUS 1740 - Musicianship Lab II
• MUS 1110 - Introduction to Music
• MUS 3150 - History of Music I
• MUS 3160 - History of Music II
• 4 hours (4 semesters) of applied instruction at the 2000-level or above.​
• 2 hours Music electives at the 3000-4000 level

Additional Information and Notes

Students must audition successfully for applied music study. Students must pass the departmental Music Theory Diagnostic test or complete MUS 1020  before enrolling in MUS 1710 . Minimum 2.0 average in the minor.
