Sustainable Design-Post Baccalaureate Certificate

Certificate Program in Sustainable Design Admission Requirements: Individuals will be admitted into the Certificate in Sustainable Design program if, either”:

They have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design profession. OR
They meet the admission requirements of the Graduate School as stated in the Graduate Catalog and are admitted to the Interior Design MS or MID degree program.

Required Courses

Students must complete 12 credit hours from the following course selection:
INTD 5300 - High Performance Systems
INTD 5310 - Green Interiors
INTD 5320 - Green Building Measurements
INTD 5330 - Passive House Design
INTD 5880 - Sustainable Design
With approval of the Interior Design Graduate Program Director, a student may take a INTD 5996r or INTD 5997r with a similar content area to fulfill credit hour requirements.
