Education Minor

A student may obtain a minor in education by completing:

• EDUC 2010 - Education in the United States
• EDUC 3210 - Teaching of Reading in the Secondary and Middle Schools
• EDUC 4000 - Survey of Exceptional Learners
• EDUC 4180 - Middle Grades Organization, Curriculum, and Instruction
• EDUC 4330 - Designing Instruction and Evaluation in the Secondary Classroom
• ECHD 2420 - Adolescent Development

Additional Information and Notes

A minimum 2.75 average is required in all courses for the minor.

For licensure, additional courses are required based on your content area. See your academic advisor or the School of Education web site for a list of specific courses.
